ANCHOR & FADE X BLOOMY: WEEKENDER TOTE RENTAL

RENTAL TERMS: (1) Payment must be paid in full prior to rental pick up. (2)All non-perishable Items must be returned within 3 business days of pick-up date (ex. Weds to Friday or Friday to Monday only) unless an alternate date is previously arranged (email hello@anchorandfade.com to arrange). (3) Late charges will accrue at 20% per day thereafter, to be billed via email invoice. (4) Renter assumes full responsibility for lost or damaged goods and will be billed at retail value. (5) Rentals cancelled after being confirmed are subject to a restocking fee (50% of purchase). Orders that have left the premises will not be refunded. (6) Soiled merchandise will be cleaned and billed to the renter based on our vendor of choice rates for the extent of the damages. (7) Pick up and drop off is at Hudco: 145 Palisade St Suite 200, Dobbs Ferry, NY 10522 location. Renter must return all non-perishable supplies to the same location they were picked up from during open business hours. (8) Renter shall fully defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Anchor and Fade Inc and Bloomy LLC from all claims and lawsuits. (9) Anchor and Fade Inc and Bloomy LLC are not responsible for any allergies, contaminations, illnesses and/or hazards that may arise during the time of your rental. All responsibilities are subjected in full to the renter. (10) By agreeing to these terms, you “the renter” authorize Bloomy LLC to charge the credit card given for all purchases and/or accumulating fees.
